Tai Chi Chih

Parenting Classes
There are several classes offered which teach a variety of skills, and offer support for parents to help them build healthy and positive relationships with their children.

Parenting The ADHD Child & Teenager
This class is designed for parents of children up to age 18 with ADHD. This class offers information, skills and support for addressing the special parenting and learning needs of the child with ADHD.

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: This three-session workshop series is for parents who want to learn more about ADHD. The orientation covers what we know about ADHD, associated symptoms, and how it is diagnosed and treated.

Adjusting To Parenthood: Prenatal Series Lecture

Infant CPR (In-patients)
This class is for parents of hospitalized infants whose discharge is dependent on parents' knowledge of infant CPR. For parents of Neonates in the NICU.

Parenting The Infant
A six-week series designed for parents of infants up to 12 months of age. Parents have an opportunity to discuss crying and sleep, feeding, temperament, growth and development and meeting your own needs (including the needs of the working parent).
